E-Courses
Accredited Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction E-Course (8-16 hours)
This in-depth course has 8 modules and an extensive 56 lessons to complete, preferably over an 8-week period. It has an abundance of videos, quizzes and vast range of both short and longer practices to support you in your learning, progression, growth and development. It is accredited by the CPD Standards Office for 16 credit points.
Accredited Compassionate Mindful Resilience E-Course (6 hours)
Experience the benefits of the unique Compassionate Mindful Resilience e-course, at your own pace. We have developed the e-course version of our popular 4-week course with all the practices and content delivered across 8 modules which you can access in your own time. It is accredited by the CPD Standards Office for 8 credit points.
Mindful Movement E-Course (6 hours)
Embracing movement practices as teachers and developing your skills, confidence, and capability will be of benefit to achieving a more rounded set of teaching skills, whilst delivering a wonderful experience for your clients. Karen guides you through many practices in lying, sitting, kneeling and standing so that you can experience them for yourself before teaching others. She also talks about the neuroscience of movement and how to create a rich learning environment one to one or for groups, online or in a real space together. This course will truly enrich and deepen your skills as a mindful movement practitioner and teacher.
Mindful Movement E-Course (6 hours)
This rich and informative course is perfect for those who are new to mindfulness and compassion. It introduces students to the key principles for enhancing well-being. It will give you invaluable insights and practical tools to become more connected to yourself and the world around you.

The JOY Programme
The JOY Programme supports the mental and emotional health and well-being of everyone in the health and social care sector withmindfulness and compassion.
Low morale, the impact of post pandemic stress disorder and secondary trauma from challenging emotional jobs can all lead to an increase in employee absence or retention.
To support you and your employees our experienced team at MindfulnessUK have developed The JOY Programme because there is Just One You. This ‘train-the-trainer’ programme will teach a group of employees how to lead mindfulness and compassion in the workplace, improving the psycho-social working environment and health and well-being of your employees.

Weekly Mindfulness Classes
To support your well-being join one of our weekly mindfulness, compassion and mindful yoga sessions with experienced teachers and like-minded people.
Retreats
